VEHICLE SALES AGREEMENT

CONDITIONS;

1-the price of the car subject to Sale ………-TL (with writing …………………..) is by the buyer to the seller in advance ../../….. paid for in history. Delivery date of the vehicle by the seller to the buyer ../../….. as it was agreed.

2-if the seller does not hand over the vehicle by the date it is required to deliver it, it has received ………….. – It will pay back the TL at an annual interest rate of % … from the date of the contract.

3-the vehicle is at the latest ../…/….. it will be made to the buyer by the seller until the date. The buyer cannot refrain from taking over the vehicle or transferring it to the seller. In such a case, the contract shall be void without any notice.

4-if the vehicle sold has any treatment such as injunction/lien/mortgage in the current tax/penalty and traffic file up to the date of the contract, the buyer is responsible for all kinds of criminal/material and moral sanctions or any events and cases that require liability as of this date, the seller shall have the right to release and pay all

5-the seller is responsible for the damage and damage that will occur until the car is taken by the buyer.
