Statute Of Limitations On Contracts Of Works

If the contractor has created a defective work, the lawsuits to be filed for this reason shall expire after the date of delivery, two years in works other than immovable structures; five years in immovable structures and twenty years regardless of the nature of the defective work, if the contractor has a severe defect.
