(Annex-2) although our client is extremely committed to his wife, son and work, and his wife claims about our client that he did not regularly go to work, started drinking alcohol earlier in the day, and did not take care of his wife and joint child, in fact all these claims are baseless.

This matter will be clarified by the statements of our witnesses, whose names and addresses are included in the witness list that we ask to be heard before your court and which we submit in the annex to our petition. (Annex-4)

4 -) due to the fact that he went home despite the suspension decision in question …the court … / … E. … / … K. (Annex-5) with decision no.

5 -) for the reasons explained above, although our client went home despite the suspension decision, our client did not have deliberate behavior in terms of not complying with the decision, only his son…. he went home because he missed his son, so he had to demand that the Daily compulsion detention order be lifted.
