03 Feb What Is The Responsibility Of The Animal Owner?
The person who continuously or temporarily undertakes an animal care and management is obliged to remedy the damage caused by the animal. The person is responsible for the damage caused by the loss even if there is no fault. This responsibility is not the responsibility of the defect but the responsibility of the cause. It is not responsible if the owner of the animal proves that he has taken care to prevent the damage from occurring. So the animal can bring proof of salvation.
This responsibility is in Article 67 of Law No. 6098. The person who continuously or temporarily undertakes the care and management of an animal is obliged to remedy the damage caused by the animal. If a pet owner proves that he / she has taken care to prevent this damage from occurring, he / she will not be responsible. If the animal is frightened by the animal belonging to another person or someone else, the right to recourse to these persons is reserved
