We had detailed information about the recognition and enforcement of the divorce decisions issued abroad and the detailed information regarding the fact that the parties continue to appear married to the Turkish authorities if the case for recognition and enforcement is not opened, and that their legal legacy status continues, and we have made other articles on the recognition-enforcement of divorce decisions on our website.
