Subject: our request for a retrial.

INSTRUCTIONS :

1 -) My client was sentenced to a year’s imprisonment for his crime … by the decision of your court set out above date and number, and the decision was upheld by the decision of the Penal office … / … basis and … / … Decision number.

2 -) our application to the European Court of Human Rights against the provision …/…/… has been concluded by the European Court of Human Rights on the date …/…/… 6 of the Convention on the protection of criminal provision, Human Rights and fundamental freedoms. it was found to have been issued in violation of the clause.

3 -) in accordance with Article 311/f of the Criminal Procedure Code No. 5271, my client must be tried again. However, considering my client’s time in prison, it should be decided to postpone the execution.
