Subject: request to decide on the abolition of the adoptive relationship.

Legal reason: the relevant articles of TMC and related legislation.

Instructions :

However, ……….I was born in. Defendant ………. he was born in. There is no 18 age difference between us as ordered by law. In this case, I can’t adopt.
For the fundamental reason I have explained, this case has become mandatory to be opened. Due to this deficiency, the adoption relationship should be abolished.
Conclusion and claim : for the reason I have explained, with the acceptance of my case, the defendant B…. about her foster relationship with … the day and ……..numbered …….I respectfully supply and demand that the decision be made, to abolish the court’s decision (to abolish the adoptive relationship).
