THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE TO

Plaintiff :

Defendant :

Subject: cancellation of the inheritance agreement.

Legal Evidence: 1. The certificate of inheritance,……..the Daily inheritance agreement, the population records and all kinds of other legal evidence.

Legal reason: TMK , and other relevant legislation.

Instructions :

1. Legacy …………the defendant has appointed B…as the heir and is registered in his name in the deed……………………………plot no.lu he donated the estate to the defendant.

However, the Heritage Agreement is not regulated according to the shape requirement. There is no provision. The Viceroy made by the bequeather himself cheated.This matter will be proved in accordance with the evidence I submit to the dossier.
The inheritance agreement must also be cancelled for the reason I have explained.
Conclusion and claim : held about the defendant by the beneficiary ….. due to the non-existent provision of the Daily inheritance agreement, I respectfully offer and request that the cancellation be decided in accordance with the TMC and that the costs be charged to the defendant.
