INSTRUCTIONS :

1 -) our client has signed two separate leasing agreements with the defendant and therefore is under the obligation to pay the debt. But due to the fact that the finance lease agreement in question is indexed in foreign currency, car rental installments have become impossible to pay due to extraordinary increases in foreign currency prices.
