The prisoner on remand is a person whose conviction has not been finalized as a result of the trial in court, but is still detained. In practice, the person whose file is decided by the court and whose file is in the upper court for appeal or appeal review and who is still in detention is evaluated succinctly. The concept of sensitivity is not a concept included in laws. It is a term used by ministries and prison administrations to classify prisoners in prisons.
