1 -) at the … dated session of your court, our statements on the basis that we submitted during the period given to us are as follows.

2 -) yet ….. as we have made clear in our criminal complaint petition, our client was sexually assaulted by the defendant. Because the defendant is the brother of a close friend of our client and also has neighbors, the incident presents a more serious situation. Since our client is still a child, he approached the defendant with a childish enthusiasm, hearing the closeness and trust of his brother and agreeing to the idea of riding his bike and walking together.

3 -) The defendant’s defense has gone down the road to deny the sexual harassment charge in his petition. However, our client, a child of that age, cannot have a situation like creating or fabricating this situation in his own head. In shock and fear of the incident, when he returned home, his mother doubted his actions and tried to take words from his mouth, so to speak.

4 -) our client and his age and position are unable to handle this situation, and as a result of this incident, his psychology is also quite impaired, he has become afraid to go out on the street alone on his own. He even wants one of the family elders to go with him when he goes to school. The coroner’s report will reveal this more clearly.

5 -) as a result of this incident, the defendant continued to act as if nothing had happened and entered and left the client’s House under the pretext of something and based on their being neighbors, and our client was unable to leave his room, experiencing fear every time he saw him. “Our client does not have any caste,” the defendant wrote in his defense of the matter. However, it is not possible for the crime of sexual harassment to be committed outside the Will and intent of the accused.
