Subject: our objections to a daily detention of coercion for non-compliance with a decision to remove him from the House.

INSTRUCTIONS :

1 -) our client’s wife, …/…/… has filed a complaint against our client’s removal from the house on the date. As for the matter …the court …/… E. … / … K. in his numbered file, it was decided that the client should be removed from the House. (Annex-1)

2 -) Our client has been married to his wife … for years and the parties have children in common. (Annex-2) although our client is extremely committed to his wife, son and work, and his wife claims about our client that he did not regularly go to work, started drinking alcohol earlier in the day, and did not take care of his wife and joint child, in fact all these claims are baseless.
