GENERAL CONDITIONS

1-the lessee must use the lessor with care.

2-The lessee must act in accordance with the rules of good faith for those who live in the lessee and the surrounding area.

3-the lessee may not rent, sub-rent, transfer and assign the lessor to third parties in whole or in part.

4-the lessee cannot make changes to the lessor unless the written permission of the lessor; otherwise, he must cover the damage caused. The lessee must immediately inform the lessor of the repairs that must be made to the lessor; otherwise, he is responsible for the damage that may arise.

5-if third parties claim a claim on the lessee, the lessee must immediately notify the lessee of the situation.

6-The lessee must inform the lessor of the matters communicated to him by the board of flat owners.

7-the tenant, in accordance with the decision of the board of flat owners, must allow the work to be done.

8-the lessee must bear the repairs on the leased property and make/make the repairs that must be made due to the usual use on the leased property and cover its expenses.

9-taxes arising from the right of ownership of the lessee belong to the lessee, taxes, pictures and fees arising from use belong to the lessee. In case of conflict, local customs and Customs apply.

10-at the end of the lease agreement, the lessee must deliver the lessor as he receives it. If the fixtures delivered together with the lessor are not delivered to the lessor as they are received, the cost of the damages incurred must be paid to the lessor or reinstated.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1-the leased sub-lease cannot be granted, the partner cannot be taken; it cannot be transferred and assigned.

2-rented, can not be used for any purpose other than the classroom.

6-the tenant’s doorman/heater, fuel and overhead expenses will be paid by the tenant. The lessee is also responsible for the dues required to be paid in accordance with the location of the rented place.

8-the lessee will use the lessor with care; the lessor will also make the necessary repairs, from the notice of the lessee ….during the day-except for technical impossibilities – he will do it.

9-the addresses of the parties written in this contract are legal notification addresses, and unless the address changes are notified in writing, the notifications made and made to these addresses will apply.
