16 Jan How Is The Disability Pension Calculated?
The invalidity pensions of the insured persons who have worked by working in excess of the paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of the first paragraph of Article 4 of Law No. 5510 are bound to the state where they are last evaluated.
Monthly Linking Rate (ABO):
– 4 (a) average 40% of the insured. (For those with less than 7200 days of premium payment) This rate has been increased by 2% for the full year more than 7200 days.
– 4 (b) and (c) insured average 50%. (For those with a minimum number of days of payment of less than 9000 days) this rate is increased by 2% for the full year of more than 9000 days.
In the calculation of the monthly binding rate, the time period less than 360 days is not proportional. If the insured is in need of constant care from another person, the wanted monthly bonding rate is increased by 10 points, but the monthly bonding rate cannot exceed 90%.
