A spouse of Turkish citizens or foreigners with a residence permit, a non-adult child of his or her spouse, a dependent child of his or her spouse, is granted a family residence permit not exceeding three years each time.

First-degree relatives of foreign citizens who have obtained a residence permit in Turkey for any reason can also obtain a residence permit.

A foreign national who has a residence permit in Turkey is defined as a supporter. Accordingly, the foreign spouse of the promoter, the non-adult foreign child of the promoter or his wife and the Foreign child of the promoter or his wife, dependents of the promoter or his wife, can also apply for a family residence permit, even if they have reached the age of 18.

A foreign national who will apply for family residence T.C. a spouse who is a citizen or a foreign spouse who has a residence permit in Turkey must be present at the time of appointment.

The Immigration Administration may question the execution of the marriage contract within the marriage union and request a review to determine it. If it is determined by official institutions that an arranged marriage has been made, the residence permit is refused.

All documents received from abroad require an Apostille commentary and a notarized Turkish translation.
