WITHDRAWAL FROM PARTNERSHIP IN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES
With this article, the establishment of withdrawal from the partnership in limited liability companies that find a regulatory area in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 (“TTC”)and, accordingly, the separation of the partner whose right to the partnership ends will be briefly mentioned.
A. WITHDRAWAL FROM PARTNERSHIP
Exclusion from the partnership is defined in the TTC as the provision of a partner to leave the partnership against their will. The removal of the partner from the partnership is basically possible based on the reasons provided for in the articles of association or if there is a good reason. However, TTC,merger, dominance
in some cases, such as illegal use and non-performance of capital debt of limited liability company partners, it is possible to be excluded from the partnership.
