Exceptional cases of obtaining Turkish citizenship

ARTICLE 12 – (1) Foreigners mentioned below may obtain Turkish citizenship by the proposal of the Ministry, the decision of the Council of Ministers, provided that they are not in a position to pose an obstacle in terms of national security and public order.

a) Persons who have brought industrial facilities to Turkey or have passed or are considered to have passed outstanding service in scientific, technological, economic, social, sporting, cultural, artistic fields and who have been given a reasoned offer by the relevant ministries.

b) of Article 31 of the Law No. 6458 on foreigners and international protection dated 4/4/2013 paragraph (J) foreigners who have a residence permit card under this clause turquoise with his wife and their foreign, he and his wife of a minor or dependent foreign guy.

c) Persons whose naturalization is considered necessary.

d) Persons who are considered immigrants.
