E-PARTNER MEMBERSHIP AND CREDIT CARD SALES AGREEMENT

Article 1-Parties;

Article 5-Powers;

Article 6-Validity Of Records;

Article 10-Applicable Provisions;

In all disputes that may arise in relation to this agreement, the provisions of this agreement will first apply, and in provisions not found in this agreement, the Turkish laws (Code of Obligations, Turkish Commercial Code, etc.) will apply.

Article 11-competent courts and executive offices;
