Defendant: B… (wife who committed a humiliating crime)

Subject: request for divorce due to the Commission of a humiliating crime.

Instructions :
1. Plaintiff our client and defendant B………. they’ve been married since day one. They had no children from this marriage.
2. However, the defendant’s wife …. he was convicted of theft and convicted of this crime (……).
3. The defendant’s sentence is final. Because of this crime, our client is in a very difficult situation. It is no longer possible for our client to continue the marital union with the defendant’s wife. For this reason, it is necessary to open this case.
