INSTRUCTIONS

1 -) My client has notified the payment order sent from the file subject to follow-up on / … / … date.

2 -) however, my client … did not come to the Enforcement office until the deadline of the last day of the appeal. My client … … has been in the hospital for months … … because of his history of a car accident. The doctor’s reports on the duration and health of my client’s stay in the hospital are included as provided in the appendix.

3 -) the debt which is subject to follow-up by the creditor has been paid by my client in two installments on different dates and the samples of receipts related to the payment are attached. Since my client did not receive the debt-related securities after the payment, the execution proceeding in question was initiated. That’s why we object to the debt.

4 -) since my client has paid the debt subject to the said follow-up and cannot make an appeal within the legal period, it is necessary to apply to your court to make a delayed appeal.

Legal reasons: 2004 p. K. m. 65 and related legislation.

Legal evidence: payment receipts, doctor’s reports, witness statements and other evidence.

RESULT AND PROMPT
