1 -) Our client …. be old….. He’s a high school student. Our client, who is metres away from his home and school, walks to and from school every day and walks past the suspect’s House.

2 -) our client’s friend in the history of…/…/…… …. as he passed by the suspect’s house, the suspect pulled down his pajamas from the inside of the window of his house and showed his genitals to our client and friend; he saw the situation and shouted “We will continue tomorrow” behind our client and friend, who left and ran.

3 -) the action of the suspect against our client, 5237 No. 105 of the Turkish Criminal Code. because it constitutes the crime specified in the article, it has become mandatory to file a complaint.
