INSTRUCTIONS :

1 -) Our client …. …. the one with the girlfriend … …. with … they have been together for months / years and plan to get married next year. During one of his phone calls with his girlfriend, he suspected a sizzle from the phone and applied to the administration for control of the system in order to control the line. As a result of the investigation conducted by the relevant administration, it was determined that my client’s phone line had been tapped and that his conversations had been tapped. Attached to this report is the determination report of the administration which has been notified to our client. (Annex-1) even those concerned whose names are included in the witness list (annex -2) presented in the annex to our petition in relation to this situation will also give an explanation regarding the situation if deemed appropriate by the court.
