Article 337/2 The same penalty shall be imposed on the warrant to be issued by the bankruptcy administration against those who contradict the provisions of Articles 162, 209 and 216. In the event of the fulfillment of the obligations stated in these articles, the penalty of execution crimes given shall be reduced.

As mentioned above, the first paragraph of the text of the article has been annulled by the Constitutional Court's decision, but since there is no cancellation decision on the second paragraph, the enforcement offenses are in force. As stated clearly in the text of the article, the penalty will be reduced if the specified obligations are fulfilled.
