INSTRUCTIONS

1 -) accused……. … / … / … in the history of our client on the road while going to school, cutting in front of him; his father had an accident at work and is now in the hospital said that he will take him to the hospital to his father, he is a colleague of his father, and he has already declared himself sent by his father.

5 -) Our client did not tell his family about this matter for a long time because of the fear and sadness he experienced, but the situation arose when his mother pressed him one day.

6 -) The defendant’s action against our client, the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 103. since it constitutes the crime stated in the article, it has become mandatory to file a complaint.
