04 Mar COMMON AREAS ON THE SITES ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM LAW
When establishing a floor easement, mainly for condominium ownership, the land registry office requests a number of documents. The architectural project and management plan, which are one of these documents, are physical and legal; 4 of the Condominium Ownership Law. its article also legally indicates common places.
Article 4 – The subject of common places may be specified by the contract. The places and things written below are considered to be common places in any case in accordance with this law.

Other places and things that are outside of the above-mentioned ones, but are necessary for joint use, protection or use, also fall under the topic (Common place).
