INSTRUCTIONS :
1 -) the suspect and the client are next door neighbors and are in a feud arising from the children’s fight. The day before the crime, they had a fight in front of the adjacent garden doors, which was also seen by the neighborhood.
2 -) at about 23:30 at night on the date of the crime, the suspect entered the client’s garden and started cutting the peach trees with a saw, at 24:05 after the neighbors reported that the client went out to the Garden, ending his action and fled to his own garden. As a result of the suspect’s action, 3 peach trees were destroyed and property damage was caused.
3 -) it is necessary to contact your office to ensure that the suspect is punished for damage to our client’s property.
