14 Of The Insurance Law. in the article, it is stated in which cases compensation can be requested from the assurance account. These cases are briefly;

For bodily harm to the person if the insured cannot be identified,
For bodily harm caused by those who did not have insurance within the amounts of coverage applicable at the time of the risk occurrence,
For material and physical damages that the insurance company is obliged to pay in case of cancellation or bankruptcy of its licenses in all branches due to financial weakness,
In case of an accident involving a stolen or usurped vehicle, the operator is not liable in accordance with the road traffic law, for bodily harm to the person,
For payments to be made by the Turkish Motor Vehicle Office, which operates for health card for uninsured people in turkey insurance applications,
