Article 4 – Rental Price;
The rental price of each vehicle subject to the contract is monthly ……… -TL (VAT included) dir. The rental price will be paid in cash in exchange for the billed price (including VAT) within the first week of the month following the rental period.
Article 5-Prohibition Of Transfer;
The lessor may not make third parties use the vehicle without the consent of the lessor. In this case, the lessor is obliged to register the information about the identity, address and driver’s license of the third party to use the vehicle in the contract and to ensure that the person authorized to use the leased vehicle fully complies with all the conditions of this contract. Persons using the vehicle are mutually responsible together with the lessor, even if they do not have signatures on the contract.
Article 6-Lessor’s Obligations;
The lessor is obliged to park the vehicle outside the cruise in accordance with the traffic rules and in a safe way to ensure its safety, closed and locked.
Vehicles cannot be taken abroad without the written permission of the lessor.
In no way can the lessor transfer, assign and secure the rights arising from this agreement, the equipment and equipment inside the vehicle, use them in a way that damages the lessor. At the end of the lease period, the lessor will deliver all the machine devices and fixtures that it has received in the vehicles in full and complete.
Fuel oil and maintenance and repair costs arising from the use of vehicles subject to the contract will be covered by the lessor.
The lessor is obliged to check the oil, water and tire air of the vehicle during the lease period. Renter; periodic maintenance of the vehicle during the lease period (lubrication, oil change, etc.b)he will.
Repair as a result of Normal use and aging costs for replacement of spare parts and tires belong to the lessor. Normal use as a result of external neglect and improper use (such as oil-free, water-free use, tire splitting), as well as the cost of repairs to parts and tires, as well as the cost of transportation to bring the car to the place where it was rented, if the car cannot move, and the cost of working on the car, calculated at the current tariff, belongs to the lessor.
In case of an accident due to the fault of the lessor or a third party, the lessor accepts and undertakes to pay the entire amount of depreciation that the vehicle will suffer in advance.
Rented car:
a) customs laws and firearms legislation, in particular, in violation of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey, the transportation of goods specified as a crime and/or other illegal work will not use and / or will not use,
b) race, speed test, rally, robustness test, motor sports and roads closed to traffic and unsuitable, mountainous terrain, sand, Swamp, Creek bed, etc.s. it will not use or make it use in places such as places and roads that are outside their purpose or do not fit the forces of tolerance,

e) it undertakes not to take passengers above the number of passengers determined by the traffic law and regulation, to carry goods that exceed the employment limit, to use and use them in accordance with the principles of law and regulation.
Article 7 – Civil Liability;
The lessor is responsible to all SSK, Finance, Regional Labour and other official institutions for the commercial activities it will perform in relation to the vehicles it leases and for the workers it will employ.
Article 8-tax insurance and fees;
All legal taxes accrued during the lease period of the leased vehicles will be paid by the lessor.
Article 9-competent courts and enforcement agencies for Dispute Resolution;
Business courts and enforcement agencies are authorized to resolve disputes arising from this agreement.
Article 10 – the address of the lessor contained in this agreement any change in the accuracy of the address will immediately notify the lessor in writing to the statement, otherwise the contract will be made to the address written in both administrative and appeals will be taken on any legal notices regarding notification of current and undertakes that they will be counted.
