INSTRUCTIONS
1 -) Our client ….. …….., ….. he is a citizen of his country … / … / … in the name of entering Turkey on the date….. He arrived at the customs gate, where the searches were evaluated in the category “those who were found to have arrived in Turkey despite the ban on entry to Turkey” and the decision to deport him was made.
2 -) in a later review, 54 of the law on foreigners and international protection No. 6458. Article 3. “The period of administrative supervision in repatriation centers cannot exceed six months. But this period can be extended for a maximum of six months if the deportation proceedings cannot be completed due to the foreigner’s lack of cooperation or failure to provide accurate information or documents related to his country.”It was decided to extend it for another 6 months, citing the arrangement.
4 -) there are no conditions for making an extension decision, and all conditions exist for sending our client to his country, so it is necessary to appeal this decision and apply to your court to ensure that our client is sent to his country.
