Subject: request for annulment of marriage due to absolute butlan

Evidence: 1. Population records,marriage records,witnesses, correspondence to the authorities and all other legal evidence.

Legal reason: other legislation related to TMY 145, 146 and its continuation

Instructions :

1. The defendant B……… was fondly married in his history. The defendant declared to me that he was single at the time of his marriage, and I found out that he was married after his marriage.

TMK about the defendant being married to me even though he was thus married.In accordance with articles 145 and in progress, this annulment case has become mandatory. Because it is forbidden for a married person to remarry before the end of their marriage and it is clear that our marriage is therefore absolutely invalidated.
We have no children in common.
Conclusion and claim : for the reasons I have explained above, I sincerely offer and demand that our marriage with the defendant be annulled due to the absolute butlan rules in accordance with the articles 145 and continuation of TMK, and that the costs be taken from the defendant.
