Legal evidence: population records, protocol submitted to the court, acceptance of the defendant in court personally and all other legal evidence.
Legal reasons: TMY 166/3 and related legislation

Instructions :
1. Defendant B … and our plaintiff client … have been married since day one. They did not (have) children from this marriage.
2. Recently, there has been a spiritual and intellectual mismatch between the defendant and our client, and their efforts to coexist have not been enough. It was no longer possible for them to continue their marital union. The defendant yan also wants a divorce.
3. As a provision for the Fer of divorce, the contractual divorce protocol between the defendant and the plaintiff is also presented in the annex.
