2. I’m an artist who makes a name for our plaintiff………….. Art. The public knows our client by her divorced husband’s last name. However, with the divorce, our client had to take his own surname.
3. It is mandatory for our client to use the last name of the accused husband with whom he is divorcing. This use does not cause any harm to the accused.
4. This case had to be filed to allow the defendant to use the defendant’s surname from the Honorable Court.
