The law stipulated that the case would be deemed to have been opened on the date of the petition (m.188 / 1) and to regulate the principles and procedures for registration of the petition.

Article 36 of the Regulation provides several options. Accordingly, the case, the case (electronic environment, UYAP) is considered to be opened on the date of delivery.

You can make an option in the electronic environment (dispatch) for your request. The process is done physically, by making a record of this situation; When the electronic system is opened, the structures in the physical environment are transferred to the electronic environment without delay and in this case the case is considered to have been opened on the date of the said report.

Fees such as transferring electronic sign-on and non-cover fees and expense advance to the court account electronically or using baroque or credit card are established through the UYAP system of the case.
