EVENTS : 1- Client …………..although he is still alive, somehow the population was registered as if he had died.<\/p>\n
2- The client, who learned about this situation at the time of applying for marriage procedures, had to cancel the death registration in the population in order to be able to complete the marriage procedures and exercise other civil rights.<\/p>\n
For this reason, it has been mandatory to open this lawsuit in order to correct the death record correctly.<\/p>\n
LEGAL REASONS :<\/p>\n
EVIDENCE : Population registration, witness statement and all kinds of evidence.<\/p>\n
