1. I was convicted by trial in the files mentioned above. The periods necessary for the removal of convictions from the judicial register have expired. Since the records whose legal expiry dates have expired are seen in the judicial registration document, these records cause loss of rights in job applications and other matters.<\/p>\n
2.According to the Law on the Execution of Sentences and the Law on the Judicial Register, the necessary conditions for the deletion of the registration record have been meted out. For the reasons indicated, there has been a need to request that the criminal record be deleted as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
