A broker is a person who, for a fee, mediates a contract or provides the opportunity to conclude it. The contract of Simsarlar\u0131k is governed by Articles 520-525 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098. It is arranged between the items. Article 520 of the TCC defined the contract of simsarlik and stated that \u201cThe simsarlik agreement is the agreement in which the simsarker undertakes to mediate the preparation or establishment of the possibility of establishing a contract between the parties and is entitled to a fee if this agreement is established.
