The Law on Probation and Some Types of Offenses Applied<\/p>\n
Probation is a form of conditional release, which, as a rule, is applied for a period of 1 year for crimes committed after 01.07.2016. Some types of crimes for which the probation law can be applied are listed below.<\/p>\n
Crimes Against Property:

Crimes Against Life: The Crime of Intentionally Killing a Person, The Crime of Intentionally Injuring a Person, the Crime of Killing a Person with a Taxi, the Crime of Injuring a Person with a Taxi, are considered.<\/p>\n
Crimes Against Freedom: Crime of Threat, Crime of Algebra, Crime of Blackmail, Crime of violation of housing immunity, Crime of Disturbing the Peace and Tranquility of People, Crime of Depriving a Person of His Freedom.<\/p>\n
Crimes Against Privacy and Honor: Offense of Defamation, Offense of Violation of Privacy of Private Life, Offense of Listening or Recording Conversations, Offense of recording personal data, Offense of Violation of Confidentiality of Communication, Offense of seizure, dissemination or giving personal data to someone else.<\/p>\n
