The seller or the provider is obliged to prove that the consumer has been informed about the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>(3) If the seller has delivered the goods to the consumer within the withdrawal period, the consumer may only use the goods to the extent required by the usual review; otherwise, the consumer may not exercise his right of withdrawal.
