1-) My client, with the will of muris …, issued on the date of \/… \/ \/, owned the immovable property of the title … Island, ……. Parcel, in turn, he was obliged to give Turkish lira to the institution established by the same will every month.<\/p>\n
2-) However, later on, a lawsuit was filed by Murisin’s heirs for the criticism of the said will and its use was restricted by applying the provisions of the criticism on the real estate belonging to my client. We are submitting the decision on this with our petition.<\/p>\n
3-) For this reason, the case of filing a lawsuit has become mandatory in order to also resolve the debts of the will.<\/p>\n
LEGAL REASONS : 4721 P. K. m. 563 and related legislation.<\/p>\n
LEGAL EVIDENCE : Will, land registry, court decision and other evidence.<\/p>\n
