WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF FOLLOW-UPS?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If a debtor does not pay his debt for some reason, the legal follow-up process initiated by the creditor through the enforcement agencies in order to collect the receivables by the state is called enforcement proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Enforcement proceedings are of two types: with and without judgement.<\/p>\n<p>enforcement proceedings with judgement refers to the enforcement proceedings initiated due to the decision of any court.<\/p>\n<p>In enforcement proceedings with judgement, it is called the type initiated by the creditor to collect the receivables as a result of the application to the enforcement agency without a court decision.<\/p>\n<p>IN EXECUTION PROCEEDINGS FOR EXCHANGE NOTES, FIRST OF ALL, THE ENFORCEMENT AGENCY RECORDS VALUABLE DOCUMENTS SUCH AS CHECKS AND PROMISSORY NOTES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO PAYMENT.
