As specified in Articles 54 to 57 of the Law No. 5275 on the Execution of Criminal and Security Measures, the dispatch and transfer of convicts and detainees;<\/p>\n

\n– For mandatory reasons,
\n\u2013 Due to illness, it is carried out.<\/p>\n
