Transactions related to family and inheritance law and real rights on real estate in another country are excluded from this provision.<\/p>\n<p>The adulthood that a person acquires in accordance with national law does not end with the change of his citizenship.<\/p>\n<p>The rights and actual capacity of legal entities or communities of persons or goods are subject to the law of the administrative center on their status.
