(APPENDIX -1) The other defendant &#8230; is the mother of the recognized child.<\/p>\n<p>2-) My client made this acquaintance through the defendant&#8217;s statements and by considering the child to be his child. (APPENDIX-2) However, he then wants to cancel the recognition because he understands that the defendant has cheated on him.<\/p>\n<p>3-) For this reason, we have been obliged to file a lawsuit for the cancellation of the recognition for the reasons mentioned above.<\/p>\n<p>LEGAL REASONS : 4721 P.
