In other words, unemployment benefits before March 15, 2020<br \/>\neven if the employment contract has expired in order to qualify, he will not be able to benefit from cash wage support under this Law and Circular.<br \/>\nAn employee&#8217;s employment contract must have expired to qualify for unemployment benefits, but according to other provisions of the Unemployment Insurance Law No. 4447, he cannot benefit from unemployment benefits.<br \/>\nAn employee must not receive an old-age pension from any social security organization.<br \/>\nWorkers who have all the conditions listed above together will be eligible for cash wage support.
