EXCLUSION FROM THE PARTNERSHIP<br \/>\nExclusion from the partnership is defined in the Turkish Commercial Code as ensuring that a partner leaves the partnership against their will. The removal of the partner from the partnership is possible mainly on the basis of the reasons provided for in the articles of association or in the presence of a legitimate reason.
