The Case…………………………: It consists of a request that the defendant’s “objection to the debt owed by the enforcement agency (14,500.00) be cancelled” and that the follow-up be continued and “20% enforcement denial compensation” be decided.<\/p>\n

\u2013 EVENT-<\/p>\n

Since the defendant will receive (14.500,00) pounds arising from the “shopping” about my client himself, Izmir 2. He stopped the follow-up (after the notification of the payment order “example: 7” to him, by appealing within the period) by means of the general lien made by the Enforcement Agency from the file No. 2015\/850.<\/p>\n

On 10.01.2015, the client was notified that the pursuit had been objected to and the pursuit had stopped.<\/p>\n

The borrower’s objection is unjustified. The fact that he owes my client (14,500.00) pounds is fixed with delivery slips bearing his signature.<\/p>\n
