It is obligatory to be notified by the employer to the law enforcement agencies immediately and to the Institution no later than within 3 working days after the accident. However, this period begins from the date of learning of the occupational accident, if the occupational accident occurred in places beyond the control of the employer. If the notification has not been made by the employer, it must be fulfilled by the injured employee.<\/p>\n
