1- The execution file with the parties and the number written above was arrived at the workplace of the company \/ person I am authorized to due to the debtor’s debt by the creditor \/ creditor’s deputy …\/… \/….. the foreclosure process was carried out at the workplace address of the company \/ person I am authorized to work at.
\n2- During the foreclosure process, the securities owned by the company \/ person whose ownership I am authorized to own and whose invoices were submitted by us were allegedly seized and left to me as a company official as a trustee.
\n3- All invoices belonging to the real estate foreclosed during the foreclosure and the tax plate belonging to the workplace have been submitted and one copy of them has been submitted to the file. The foreclosed real estate does not have any relation and connection with the debtor.The fact that all the embarrassments belong to the company \/ person I am authorized to is fixed by the invoices we have submitted.
