Explanations: 1-My client is a tradesman known and loved by many in the city. She works on women’s clothing. She is a young and successful lady.<\/p>\n
2-My client receives unsigned letters from people he does not know his identity for a long time, both at work and at home. The person who answers the phones to my client, who is also alone in his house, either makes a muffled sound or does not speak at all and scares my client.<\/p>\n
3-we believe that the unidentified person who boldly made immoral offers to my client from living alone is the same person or persons who wrote the unsigned letters to my client.<\/p>\n
4-my client has no peace at work or at home. For this reason, we ask you to identify the person or persons who have offended my client by listening to the home, workplace and mobile phones that we have given below, and to file a lawsuit to be punished.<\/p>\n
Legal reasons: Turkish Criminal Code and Related Articles of law.<\/p>\n
Evidence: phone records, unsigned letters, witnesses and all kinds of legal evidence.<\/p>\n
