It’s Time For The Goods Regime To End
\nIn order for a case to be filed for the liquidation of the property regime, the existing property regime between the parties must end. The end of the property regime and the end of the marital union are not the same. Sometimes
\nthe current property regime between spouses also ends before the marriage union ends
\nthe current property regime, even as the marriage union continues
\nit could end.
\nIn which cases the current regime of property between spouses will end
